Here and Gone

Here and Gone is an edge of your seat novel. You meet Audra and her children; whom she is trying to protect from her abusive ex. She is in a remote area when all our lonely rode fears come to life. After being taken to the police station and asking about her children the officer responds to her by saying "What Children?". Nope no and NOPE. That was the most chilling words that any mother could hear.
From there the story is just a roller coaster of emotions for me. I sat and read it in one sitting and afterwards was left just feeling emotional.
